By accessing or using Khoudai at https://khoudai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Khoudai is a free AI chat platform that lets users converse with a variety of AI models, generate images, analyse documents and videos, and search the web. The service is provided “as is” and may change or be discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
• Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Khoudai to:

• Generate, upload or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit or violent content.
• Attempt to bypass security measures, abuse the referral system, or create fake accounts.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with the service infrastructure.
• Use temporary or disposable email addresses to register.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Emails and marketing communications

Khoudai gives you free access to the best paid AI models in the world. That is only possible because advertising and our own communications cover the cost of every conversation you run. For this reason, creating an account includes agreeing to receive emails from Khoudai: product updates, new AI models added to the platform, and occasional offers from partners that keep the service free.

We keep it light and useful — no spam, no selling of your email address to third parties. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also manage your email preferences from the Settings page at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect essential account emails such as sign-in confirmations and password resets.

6. Intellectual property

Khoudai and its branding, code and design are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content you input. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use; we do not claim ownership over them, but we cannot guarantee their originality or freedom from third-party rights.

7. Disclaimers

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Do not rely on them for professional, medical, legal or financial advice. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khoudai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

10. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
